Singer, songwriter, guitarist, and entertainer Tom Ruble has been working in the entertainment industry for over twenty-five years. Entertaining audiences in all venues ranging from Nightclubs, Riverboats, Hotels, and Country Clubs, as well as private functions and civic events, he has practically done it all! Toms roots are in the Midwest. His guitar work and vocal style definitely have that Chicago to St. Louis Highway influence. Having toured extensively throughout the United States, as well as Canada and Mexico, Tom now makes his home in the Northeast.

 

In the early years Tom performed with such well known Midwest bands as The Telstars, Ready Steady Go, Sound Advice, The Haney Brothers, Easy Pieces,Eddie Booe and the Scanners and, The Sixth Station, honing his talents with some of the best. He also considers himself fortunate to have shared the stage with such great entertainers and groups as The Kingsmen, Badfinger, Buffalo Springfield, The Guess Who, Luther Allison, Jimmy Binkley, Chuck Senrick, Rich Elam, and many others.

 

Working today as a solo artist and performing a wide variety of material including classic oldies, rock and roll, jazz, blues, and country, Tom most certainly will touch on some of your favorite songs. As schedules permit Tom and his band, Tom Ruble and P. Stranger, still perform several dates a year.

 

Tom is as comfortable in the producers chair of a studio as he is on stage performing. His recording credits run the gamut from production and engineering, to performing. Engineering a recent project, the live production jazz compilation CD of local artists from Erie Pennsylvania entitled Live at Papermoon was received with critical acclaim. His albums, The Wasted Years and FAVE were affectionately revered and have become cherished collectibles to many of his fans. His latest CD, None Yo Bizniz will be released later this year.
